A European Enforcement Order can now be obtained when Judgment has been obtained in another EU state.
Uncontested Judgment:
We would require the following documentation from yourselves:
- European Enforcement Order Certificate issued from UK Court
- Bank Certificate certifying euro equivalent of Judgment
- Copy of UK Judgment
On receipt of these papers we would be in a position to:
- Prepare Order
- Lodge Papers with High Court - This requires attendance in High Court Offices
- Communicate with High Court to establish when the papers were signed off.
- Collect papers from High Court - again this requires attendance at Court Offices
- Serve papers on Debtor by Certified Post
- Update you at each stage.
The cost of this service is €600 - costs are not recoverable.
